Kia ora, Mike Mitchell here from Mike Mitchell Coaching!
I am a personal trainer based in Dunedin, NZ with 6 years experience in the fitness industry. I really enjoy taking my clients on a journey to reach their fitness goals. Whether this is fitness, weight or mobility training, I enjoy working with my clients to ensure they get the best service and desired results from me.
My fitness journey has seen me learn from New Zealand Athletic athletes, complete a diploma in Applied Sport & Training in Personal Training and offer a variety of training to suit my clients.
I am extremely passionate about working with clients who wish to develop their strength training, mobility training and fixing imbalances. Each of those areas is a key aspect with my philosophy, which is to improve longevity in my clients training.

I always start with a free consultation with each client discussing their fitness and injury history, their occupation, hobbies, family etc. This allows me to get a great understanding of my clients and create a custom fitness plan that works for them.
